Andrew Merle is a senior marketing executive, brand strategist, and wellness advocate with 20+ years of experience helping iconic and emerging brands grow with clarity and purpose.
He currently serves as VP Marketing at Culture Pop Soda, leading the brand’s national expansion and positioning in the better-for-you beverage space.
Previously, Andrew led brand and marketing for category-defining companies including New Balance, Clif Bar, Red Bull, the Boston Red Sox, and Los Angeles Dodgers, and has served as CMO and fractional leader for startups in food, beverage, wellness, and lifestyle.
Andrew is known for stepping into roles that didn’t previously exist — building brand strategy and marketing teams from the ground up. He brings deep expertise in brand positioning, integrated campaigns, team development, athlete and influencer partnerships, and storytelling that scales.
With experience across sports, CPG, footwear, apparel, retail, and wellness, Andrew combines business acumen with a passion for helping companies grow in alignment with what truly matters.
